NSW: Pizza delivery man assaulted, car pinched
A Sydney pizza delivery driver's been assaulted with a bottle by two men who sped off
in his car while he was still in it.
Police say the 20-year-old had just returned to his car after making a pizza delivery
at Dudley Street, Lidcombe, on Friday night when he was punched by one man and hit with
a bottle by the other.
His attackers took over his car and drove around for a short time before pushing him
out at Princes Street West, Auburn.
The car was later found abandoned.
The driver was treated at Westmead Hospital for facial and head injuries.
The men are described as being of Pacific Islander appearance, aged between 20 and 25.
