COHOES Frank J. Durand, 68, of Congress Street died Wednesday at home.
He was born in Troy, where he lived most of his life. He moved to Cohoes six years ago.
Mr. Durand worked in construction many years ago and was a taxi driver for Black & White Taxi during the 1960s. Most recently, he worked in maintenance at Emma Willard School in Troy for 18 years before retiring in 1987.
