hSenid launches SaaS

Sri Lanka, March 31 -- hSenid Mobile will launch Software as a Service (SaaS) among small and medium companies in the local and international market.

The SaaS will be launched before the end of April this year and will be a model for Sri Lanka.

The company will launch this system in the international market in Singapore, Malaysia and India where hSenid has a strong presence, hSenid Mobile CEO Dinesh Saparamadu told Daily News Business. "Not only small and medium companies but also large companies can utilize the SaaS as cost effective software method to improve the function of their companies.

The system will be similar to that of using Google mail with Internet connection and a computer. The companies need not to have a dedicated IT group but could work on the system as the best practices software.

He said that deploying this system will cause less capital expenditure for companies.

It will be an enterprise level software which will be affordable that does not need much physical infrastructure.

"The system will be launched in other countries in the second half of this year. hSenid expects that nearly 50 companies will use this software during this year and increase it gradually.

We have invested a large amount in building the cloud infrastructure for this system,"he said.
