NSW: Costa confirms federal government's choice
The New South Wales government says retired state police superintendent JOCK MILROYis the federal government's choice to head the new Australian Crime Commission.
Police Minister MICHAEL COSTA's office says the minister's been advised Mr MILROY'sthe federal government's preferred option.
The minister had recommended another former state police officer, GEOFF SCHUBERG, forthe top crime-fighting job.
